- SKETCH CHARACTER DESIGN -

~ Sketch with base colors and gradients. Some easy background decoration is also included in the price.

- CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEET -

~ Commercial price included.

~ The price does not include character design, only the creation of a reference sheet for an already completed design.

~ Additional outfit, weapon, accessory and any other wish you may have can be added for an additional cost.

~ Base reference sheet includes front/back view, additional view for an additional fee. Includes three expressions, work with sheet design.

~ Upon completion of the work, the customer receives a PSD file ready for rig, a reference sheet of the model and a character with a transparent background.

- TERMS OF SERVICE -

*By contacting me for a commission, you automatically agree to all the conditions listed below.

Please note I do not accept commissions for furry, elderly characters, bara, real people from photos, extreme violence, or NSFW content. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

- General -

  • I reserve the right to refuse orders at my discretion.

  • You may post commissioned works on any website, provided you credit me as the author.

  • I may post the work anywhere and anytime unless privacy conditions are agreed upon in advance.

  • I retain the right to place watermarks on all my works, which must not be removed.

  • After transferring the rights to use the character design, I still reserve the right to publish it on any platform (not for resale!).

  • I may use the artwork for self-promotion.

  • If you prefer that I do not tag you or mention your name when posting the commission, please inform me in advance.

  • Clients must provide clear and legal reference materials. I am not responsible for copyright issues arising from client-supplied references.

- PAYMENT -

  • Payment methods:

  • International bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT).

  • Need an invoice? I’ll send a PDF with all the details.

  • Payment is made upfront to confirm the project and begin the sketching phase.

  • If payment is not received within 7 days of invoice, I reserve the right to pause or cancel the commission.

  • Refunds are only possible before the sketching process begins. Thank you for understanding!

- TECHNICAL TASK -

  • If your character is highly detailed, I may increase the price accordingly.

  • Please provide clear references to help speed up the process.

  • I may introduce or adjust details in the artwork if they were not clearly specified in the technical task.

- WORK PROCESS -

  • The deadline will be agreed upon before work begins.

  • All order details, agreements, and official correspondence must be conducted via email to ensure proper documentation.

  • The progress can be tracked via Trello/Discord/Twitter(X), please let me know your preferred method.

  • You have three free edits, each additional edit costs $10 up to a maximum of five paid edits.

  • If you require faster delivery, a rush fee starting at 30% of the original price will apply; the exact fee depends on the workload and project type.

  • In some cases, I may prioritize your order.

  • Adjustments, including color changes and minor fixes, can only be made during the sketch stage.

  • If you do not respond within 48 hours after receiving the sketch, I will proceed with the final version, and no further edits will be possible.

  • After completion, the final files will be sent in the requested format and size.

  • I am not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.

  • For commercial use, please discuss details in advance.

  • Pricing for commercial rights starts at 100% above the original price and may vary depending on usage and circumstances.
