I do not draw: furry, elderly, bara, real people from photos, unprecedented cruelty, nsfw. Contact me if you want to clarify any controversial points.
- General -
I have the right to refuse your order at my discretion.
You, as a client, have the right to post my works on any website, provided that there is a mention of me as the author.
I have the right to post work anywhere and anytime, unless privacy conditions have been specified.
I have the right to leave my watermark on all my works without the right of removal.
After transferring the rights to use a character design, I still have the right to publish it on any platform (NO RESALE!).
I have the right to use artwork for self-promotion purposes.
If you don't want me to tag you when posting your finished commission or use @/, please let me know in advance.
- PAYMENT -
Payment is accepted only via Crypto (USDT/LTC).
Full prepayment only.
I DO NOT DO ANY REFUNDS.
- TECHNICAL TASK -
If your character is VERY detailed, I have the right to increase the cost of the order.
Please try to attach suitable references, this will greatly speed up the work process.
I have the right to introduce or change details in the artwork if they were not accurately described in the technical specifications.
- WORK PROCESS -
The deadline is agreed upon before work on the order begins.
The progress can be tracked via Trello/Discord/Twitter(X), let me know which method works best for you.
You have three free edits, each subsequent edit is $10 (no more than 5 paid edits)
If you want to receive your order faster, you will have to pay at least +10% to the original cost, the cost may vary depending on the amount of work and type of project.
In some individual cases I may give your order priority.
You will be able to make adjustments, make color changes, fix some details ONLY at the sketch stage, the final work CANNOT be changed unless it is super minor elements.
If you do not respond to me within 48 hours of submitting the sketch, I will proceed to develop the final version, you WILL NOT be able to make edits after that.
After finishing the work, I will send you files in the required format, size, etc.
- COMMERCIAL USAGE -
If you would like to order artwork for commercial use, all details must be agreed upon in advance.
The price for commercial use starts from +100% of the original cost and may vary depending on the type of commercial use and my decision.
